By accessing or using the HortiMover website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides information about the HortiMover plant shuttle and lets you request a quote. Content, specifications and availability are provided for general information and may change without notice.

Quotes & orders

A quote request is not an order, and any quote we provide is an estimate, not a binding offer. Pricing, configurations, lead times and shipping are confirmed in a separate written sales agreement before any purchase is finalized.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the Site
• Don’t submit false information or another person’s details without permission

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos and the HortiMover name — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding the Site itself. Any product warranty is provided separately with your order and is not part of these Site terms.
